Overcoming a somewhat bumpy start in stand-up, Maniscalo moved to LA at the age of 24, honing his craft while waiting tables for eight years. He caught his big break when actor Vince Vaughn spotted him and asked him to join his 2005 Vince Vaughn's Wild West Comedy Show tour. Since then he has appeared on TV shows like Comedy Central Presents, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Comics Unleashed.

He is the best! All new material. His personal experience with his baby
was ok but laughs were not as strong in the audience. But everything
else was outstanding! Original but with his famous entertaining body
language and nostalgic story telling that takes you back. Can’t wait to
buy his new book. Also, can’t wait for him to come back to watch him

Sebastian met and exceeded my expectations for a live standup comedic performance. He was in prime form and I couldn't stop laughing throughout the entire show. The audience was going crazy for him too. He's definitely got solid fans. Towards the end of this particular show (9:30 pm) the audience was laughing so hard that Sebastian kind of started cracking up too and that only made the audience go even crazier.
